Move On!

I always preach this: Grief heals.
Grief, however, like any other good medicine, has a time limit, and this time limit is different for each person.
Grief past its expiration date becomes toxic.
After one Feast, a middle-aged Mom and her twenty-something daughter asked for prayer. The mother could not speak and just sobbed in front of me. The daughter took me aside and whispered, “Brother Bo, please pray for my Mom. Since my father died, she just mopes the whole day. She doesn’t do anything. She is not living. My siblings feel we’ve already lost both our parents. We’re practically orphans….”
“I’m so sorry to hear about this,” I said. “How long has it been?”
She said, “Six years ago...”
Perhaps this is an extreme example, but I’ve met many others who are trapped with their pain—and they’re unable to move forward towards God’s purpose for their lives.
If this is you, I’ve got good news. You can move on. How?
Trust that you are not alone.
Move on—God is with you!
Have a life-changing Feast today!
May your dreams come true,
Bo Sanchez
